退款及退貨政策

敬請於收貨時檢查清楚貨品,若您有任何疑問,請盡快與我們的客戶服務專員聯絡。

In case of any dissatisfaction with our products after you have signed for them, please contact us within 2 working days of delivery (either call us at 2692 9329 or email us at info@tenderloin.com.hk). No refund and exchange services will be served after 2 working days.

After assessment of your complaint, we may either exchange or reimburse you accordingly. Should there be an exchange of product/s, we request you to please keep the product until we arrange for picking up.

When and where possible, please email us a photo of the product should there be any defect. Our Customer Service Representative might request for the photo and/or video of the product for checking. If the customer fails to provide any proof, the company reserve the right to refuse and reject the return and exchange.

若顧客已完成相關訂單之付款手續後提出退款,我們將保留退款金額作下次購物的盈餘供顧客使用。 若有任何爭議,本司保留一切的最終決定權。

Tenderloin Fine Food reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of the return and exchange.
