Most of our Gourmet Sausages are made in Hong Kong with only pure beef, pork, poultry and lamb from the US, Canada and New Zealand, and do not contain any MSG nor offal. Mildly flavoured with a special blend of herbs and spices, finely chopped, cured with minimal preservatives acting as valuable antioxidants for flavour stabilisation & for proper meat binding.
Allergen Information: the sausages may contain soybeans and milk, and may contain traces of cereal containing gluten, crustaceans, egg, fish, nuts and their by-products.
All the sausages should be thoroughly heated before eating.
