We offer a wide selection of delicious  pre-cut steaks and chops.  If you wish to portion your own steaks, please have a look at our whole pieces.   Minimum order per item is 1 kg, except where mentioned, then they are sold as whole pieces or by the pack.  Sizes and weights of products can vary, and we shall strive to deliver as close to your order as possible. All items are charged by the actual weight only and advised on delivery date.

All chilled boneless meats should be kept in the refrigerator unopened for up to 3 to 4 days only; bone-in meat for up to 2 days only. Freeze chilled meats if not to be used within a few days.

The whole rump is a boneless cut  that is taken from the hindquarter, providing a mix of texture that is perfect for various cooking methods---slow roast, braise or casseroles.  Its border of fat lends to its robust flavour.
