We offer a wide selection of delicious pre-cut steaks and chops. If you wish to portion your own steaks, please have a look at our whole pieces. Minimum order per item is 1 kg, except where mentioned, then they are sold as whole pieces or by the pack. Sizes and weights of products can vary, and we shall strive to deliver as close to your order as possible. All items are charged by the actual weight only and advised on delivery date.
All chilled boneless meats should be kept in the refrigerator unopened for up to 3 to 4 days only; bone-in meat for up to 2 days only. Freeze chilled meats if not to be used within a few days.

We offer USDA Prime & USDA Choice beef. Less than 2% of beef graded by the USDA qualify for Prime. Naturally juicy and abundantly flavourful beef from generations of family ranchers, committed and dedicated to the production of exceptional beef. The cattle spend a majority of their lives on pastures eating grass. Grain are added to their diets as they mature thereby enhancing the flavour and ensuring superiorly consistent quality beef with its signature fine to medium marbling.

NZ Grass Fed BeefPrice/kilo

NZ Whole Tenderloin
Referred to as the 'fillet', the tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef. About 2.5 to 3 kilos per piece, untrimmed.

New Zealand Rump
Chilled, not previously frozen. The best kept secret in steak world! The whole rump is a boneless cut that is taken from the hindquarter, providing a mix of texture that is perfect for various cooking methods---yes, you guessed it! steaks, slow roast, braise or casseroles. Its border of fat lends to its robust flavour.
About 4.5 to 6 kilos per piece, braise whole, dice into cubes for casseroles, or slice into steaks and season well with salt only and sear on a hot griddle. Finish in the oven for about 10 minutes for that tender juicy result. Or also pound into thin slices, roll with your preferred cheese & arugula stuffing and brown on a hot stove then bake.
