Please check the contents of your order upon arrival.

After assessment of your complaint, we may either exchange or reimburse you accordingly. Should there be an exchange of product/s, we request you to please keep the product until we arrange for pick up.  When and where possible, please email us a photo of the product should there be any defect.

In the course that there is any refund and full payment has been received, the refund amount will be kept as credit and applied to the next purchase.
