Delivery Schedule
Please place your order with minimum 1 working day advanced notice. No same day delivery.
Cut-off time: Monday to Friday 2:45 pm; Saturday 12:00 pm.
Please note that the Delivery Date indicated on your Order Form & on the Auto Confirmation is not a confirmed Delivery Date. We will contact you by phone or by email to confirm the delivery date & details. The delivery schedule is listed below.

No deliveries on Sunday & public holidays.
Deliveries will be rescheduled in the event of Typhoon Signal # 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning.

Payment Terms
The total amount shown in the Shopping Cart and in the Auto Confirmation are only approximate amounts. Please pay only upon receipt of the final invoice on the Delivery Date. (Because of the nature of the products, there may be variations in weights. The final Invoice amount is based on actual weights plus delivery charges, if applicable)

Minimum Order Amounts
Minimum Order Value: HK$500 (plus $80 delivery charge)

Hong Kong: free delivery for orders over HK$600

Kowloon & New Territories** (except Ma Wan & Tung Chung): free delivery for orders over HK$800

**Ma Wan & Tung Chung: minimum order amount HK$1,000

There will be minimum surcharge of $50 for deliveries to buildings without access to lifts.  Additional charges also apply to restricted areas.

Deliveries are also restricted to addresses within 30 metres of a legal parking space. If our driver is unable to legally park, please meet our staff at the closest legal unloading / stopping area to collect your order from our vehicle.
