Lean, and succulent pork tenderloin fillet. The most tender pork cut, it is quite a pleasure to prepare. Simply season with salt and pepper; rub a paste of garlic and ginger, or insert cracked garlic pieces into the fillet and cook in a hot oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Frozen, 1 kilo.
