Minimum order per item is 1 kg, except where mentioned, then they are sold as whole pieces or by the pack. Sizes and weights of products can vary, and we shall strive to deliver as close to your order as possible. All items are charged by the actual weight only and advised on delivery date. In case you cannot find the cut you are looking for, help is nearby. Please call 2877 2733, and we will be happy to assist.

All chilled products should be kept unopened in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days only. Once opened, consume within 2 days; otherwise freeze the item.

Hams

All our hams are prepared & cured with minimal preservatives in Hong Kong, using pork from naturally reared, hormone free and grain fed Canadian pigs. The boneless hams are skinless, whilst the bone-in come with skin. All raw hams must be thoroughly cooked before glazing. Please reserve 2 working days in advance.

Cooked Ham, Boneless
Mildly cured, smoked and fully cooked gammon; made with naturally reared Canadian grain fed, hormone free pork. Sold as one piece about 2 to 2.5 kilos per piece; ready to eat: excellent for picnics or for sandwiches. A perfect holiday centrepiece: stud with cloves, glaze and warm up in the oven. Chilled, refrigerate up to 3 to 4 days only, otherwise freeze if not to be used within a few days.

Cooked Ham, Bone-In
Smoked, fully cooked, skin-on about 10 to 12 kilos per piece. Frozen, made from naturally reared Canadian grain fed, hormone free pork. Defrost safely in the refrigerator for about 4 to 5 days. We recommend to stud with cloves and glaze in the oven for about an hour to an hour and a half.
Uncooked Ham, Bone-In
Mildly cured and smoked gammon, skin-on; made with naturally reared Canadian grain fed, hormone free pork. About 11 to 13 kilos, defrost in the refrigerator for about 4 to 5 days. Raw, must be thoroughly cooked before glazing: Simmer 30 minutes per kilo before glazing, or roast in the oven for about 4 hours. Glaze during last 30 minutes of the total cooking time.

100% guaranteed, all natural (no colourings nor nitrites) air dried ham produced in the Parma countryside which imparts the signature unique sweet flavour of each slice. Packed in 70g packs. Minimum order 3 packs.

Parmigiano Reggiano
Protected designation of origin (PDO) Parmesan cheese, duly controlled and certified. Hard granular with a sharp fruity and nutty flavour. Grate over pasta, mix with soups or risottos. Serve as an appetiser with balsamic vinegar, with salads, fruits or vegetables. Sold as 1 whole wedge, about 1 to 1.5 kilos.

Sausages & Bacon

All our Gourmet Sausages are made in Hong Kong with only pure beef, pork, poultry and lamb from the US, Canada and New Zealand, and do not contain any MSG nor offal. Mildly flavoured with a special blend of herbs and spices, finely chopped, cured with minimal preservatives acting as valuable antioxidants for flavour stabilisation & for proper meat binding. All the sausages should be thoroughly heated before eating. Sold in about 1 kilo packs, except where indicated.

Argentine Chorizos
Frozen chorizos from Argentina, 4 pieces per pack, about 300 to 500g per pack. Minimum order 1 kilo.
Black Forest Bratwurst
Made with coarsely chopped Canadian pork. Fully cooked and smoked, about 10 pieces per pack, 1.7 kilos/pack. Ready to heat and enjoy. Use low heat to avoid split casings. Perfect breakfast companion for eggs. Or serve with mustard and sauerkraut as a meal in itself!
Beef and Pork Cocktail Sausages
A prominent and indispensable festive appetizer which is very easy to prepare. Heat in the oven for about 20 minutes. Smoked and cooked, about 40-50 pieces per 1-kilo pack.
Pure Beef Sausages, Raw
Gluten free made from 100% grass fed Australian beef. Frozen, about 10 to 12 pieces per 1-kilo pack. We like to panfry in a cast iron skillet on medium heat, turning them until they are brown on all sides. Finish by pouring some water to steam and cook thoroughly.
Chicken Chipolatas
Made with chicken and pork. Cooked, small sized, about 30 pieces per 1-kilo pack. A favourite with children. Perfect accompaniment to roasts, great for canapes and buffets, too.
Pork Chipolatas
Made with pork and chicken, small sized sausages, about 30 pieces per 1-kilo pack. A family favourite. Great for breakfast, cocktails, buffets or for side dishes with vegetables and demi glace.
Pork Sausages
Pre-cooked pork sausages. A favourite for the barbecue season. About 10 to 12 pieces per pack. Each pack weighs about 1.5 kilos.
Veal Sausages
Finely chopped veal and pork, delicately flavoured. Large size, about 10 pieces per pack. Parboil, pan fry, or grill. Delicious with mash, onions and sauerkraut. A meal in itself! Each pack weighs about 1.5 kilos.
Veal Chipolatas
Finely chopped veal and pork, about 25-30 pieces per 1-kilo pack. Perfect accompaniment to roasts, great for canapes and buffets, too.
Lean Back Smoked Bacon, sliced
Prepared in Hong Kong using only Canadian pork from naturally reared, hormone free and grain fed Canadian pigs. Lean, meaty, from the back loin. Block frozen, about 1 kilo per pack.
Streaky Breakfast Bacon, sliced
Prepared in Hong Kong using only Canadian pork from naturally reared, hormone free and grain fed Canadian pigs. Smoked, block frozen, about 1 kilo per pack.
