Sizes and weights of products can vary, and we shall strive to deliver as close to your order as possible. All items are charged by the actual weight only and advised on delivery date. Our fresh farmed Atlantic Salmon are flown in daily. It can be stored in the refrigerator unopened for maximum 2 days only, thereafter it has to be frozen.

Norwegian Salmon Fillet
Chilled, about 2-2.5 kilos per piece, skin-on. If using for sashimi, it is advisable to freeze first. Sold as one piece. Refrigerate up to 2 days only, otherwise freeze if not to be used within a couple of days.

Alaskan Black Cod Steaks
Sablefish portioned into 5 to 6 steaks; steak sizes will therefore vary. Head-off, bone-in, skin-on, about 1 kilo per order. Very delicate, white flesh that easily flakes, tasty and buttery. Poach, grill or pan fry and season with teriyaki sauce.
Barramundi Fillet (Australia)
Premium medium textured flaky fish, skin on, about 2-3 pieces per order. Each fillet is about 400 to 500g in weight. Suitable for baking, grilling, frying or steaming.
Dover Sole (France)
2 whole frozen premium fish per order, about 600-750g per fish; thicker than the New Zealand sole with an exceptionally mildly sweet, superior flavour. Poach, pan fry or bake.
Halibut Fillet (Alaska)
Exceptionally white fish, delicate sweet flavour, firm and flaky. Skin-on. Versatile fish, pan fry, pan roast, poach or grill. Frozen, each fillet is about 800g to 1kilo.
Monkfish (New Zealand)

New Zealand Dory Fillet
