Minimum order per item is 1 kg, except where mentioned, then they are sold as whole pieces or by the pack. Sizes and weights of products can vary, and we shall strive to deliver as close to your order as possible. All items are charged by the actual weight only and advised on delivery date.

All chilled boneless meats should be kept in the refrigerator unopened for up to 3 to 4 days only; bone-in meat for up to 2 days only. Freeze chilled meats if not to be used within a few days.

NZ Grass Fed Beef

Naturally reared and free range, lean; free of hormones, antibiotics and harmful residues. Grass fed full-flavoured beef. For chilled beef, it is highly recommended to refrigerate up to 3 to 4 days only, otherwise freeze if not to be used within a few days.

NZ Whole Tenderloin
Referred to as the 'fillet', the tenderloin is the most tender cut of beef. About 1.8 to 2.3 kilos per piece, untrimmed. Chilled, not previously frozen. Refrigerate up to 3 to 4 days only, otherwise freeze. Sold as one whole piece only. Must be trimmed before cooking; roast whole with the tail end tucked in, or portion centre cut into filet mignon.
NZ Whole Rib Eye
Also known as 'Scotch Fillet'. Most suitable for dry roasting. Tender, juicy, well-marbled, about 3.5 to 5 kilos per piece. Chilled, not previously frozen. Refrigerate up to 3 to 4 days only, otherwise freeze if not to be used within a few days. Sold as one piece.
